On the occasion of Vivatech on June 16th, Business France co-organized with JETRO France a webinar on “R&D investment opportunities in French tech hubs: Japanese companies’ success stories”.

The webinar consisted of two panels, one on “R&D as a driver of partnership opportunities between France and Japan” and the other on “France-Japan, Deep tech challenges: towards start-up born global”.

The first panel showcased the assets of the Paris-Saclay campus through the testimonials of the Japanese Group, Horiba,  which chose Paris-Saclay as the headquarters for its R&D center and Hublex, a French start-up based in Paris-Saclay, which presented its collaboration with a Japanese group they met at Vivatech.

The second panel which was streamed live from Vivatech presented the collaboration between the Japanese group Itochu and CEA-Tech.
